These are samples of what I offer as a Personal/Private Chef.  Take a look and email an order chefjanet@gmail.com or fill out the order form on the order page. We can always customize the menu and decide on a time for delivery. 

A delivery charge of $5 will be applied to every 10 mile radius outside Grayson Lakes in Katy.  All orders inside Grayson Lakes are delivered free of charge. 

Container fees are $3 per item and $15 per multi-course meal. Taxes apply to all orders.

I require a 3 day notice on all orders. That will accommodate shopping for fresh ingredients, rising, chilling and forming all the goodies you order.

Desserts are homemade and some weeks there may be a special – like pieces of a wedding cake, or birthday cake I make for my portfolio pictures!

All sauces and salad dressings are made from scratch. Most breads are homemade. In pasta recipes, fresh pasta is used in lasagna, canoli and some linguini recipes. Dried pasta shapes are better for other recipes.
